If you use Stripe to accept credit card, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Alipay or P24 payments then you can initiate partial or full refunds via the plug&paid dashboard directly. Stripe refunds are available for normal charges and subscriptions.
To refund a Stripe payment:
1. Visit your sales page and select the "Refund" option for the sale that you wish to refund.
2. You can also initiate a refund while viewing the infopage for a specific sale. From the top right click the 3 dots menu and select the "Refund" option.
In the pop-up that appears, select the reason for the refund and enter the amount (default is the full order amount).
Click the "Initiate Refund" button and that's it. We will send your request straight to Stripe for execution. This will also be reflected in your Stripe dashboard.
Note that refunds might require up to 15 days to be completed.
