For the Lightning account, you can see it in the add-ons section the SMTP and the custom domain. You can add your custom domain. For example let's add one here, called Shop Zuma Land.com. If you add a 404 redirect URL, and users go to shop.zuma-land.com/something we will redirect them too. You just need to have a CNAME record for merchantplug&paid.com. You can also click on Learn More to see a nice tutorial.
Then you save the custom domain and it works with your domain. So if you go to your plugs, your links have changed to use your domain. If you click there you will see the cart on your domain and we automatically generate an SSL certificate valid for that domain. In settings you can upload your logo, also you have the option to use your logo in the checkout pages.

On a short note, the emails that you now receive, you will have your logo. It tells you where it was sold from which link, so you can manage that sale and you have the invoice there as well with your logo.
