You can upgrade your plug&paid plan in your "Settings" page. Click the "Subscription Plans" tab and then the "Upgrade Now" button. This process is required only during your first purchase of a plug&paid plan as follow-up payments will be processed automatically by our billing system on a monthly/yearly basis.
In the shopping cart you can choose which billing cycle plan you wish to purchase (monthly or yearly) by toggling the switch button.
Note: For our EU customers VAT charges will be applied, however you can remove those charges by supplying us with a valid VAT number when entering your personal information in the cart. Our system will automatically check your VAT number with the European Union VIES database and deduct VAT fees from the final price and apply 0% VAT before the purchase is made. For customers outside the EU no VAT charges apply.
Once the payment is successfully processed your account will be upgraded to Supercharged and an invoice will be sent to the provided email address. Since our plans are reccuring, follow-up payments will be handled automatically via the plug&paid billing system on the day that your plan expires. If for any reason we cannot process a payment during that day, we will attempt 3 more times within a 3-day period.
Note 2: Your credit card payments are processed by Stripe (3rd-party secure payment provider), and therefore plug&paid does not see, modify or store any credit card information.
